Qualifications

• Previous automotive commercial, fleet, truck, or B2B sales experience.
• Sales management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
• Strong understanding of relationship-based and consultative selling.
• Experience working with business owners, fleet decision-makers, contractors, or commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the dealership's commercial and fleet sales operation.
• Develop new commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Identify businesses that can benefit from Ram commercial vehicles and solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Ram commercial trucks, vans, chassis cabs, and configurations.
• Present vehicle proposals and negotiate commercial sales opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase commercial vehicle sales and retention.
• Maintain an active pipeline of commercial accounts.
