Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose, a global leader in filtration and energy storage solutions, seeks a Manager, Commercial Finance in Massachusetts. This role partners with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to deliver revenue, margin analysis, and pricing governance, driving strategic decisions and top-line growth.

Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly reporting, pricing analysis, ROI modeling, and supporting the Revenue Council, with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8 years of progressive corporate finance experience.
• Experience with pricing, revenue management, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, product management, and finance to deliver timely analysis on performance, pipeline, and market dynamics.
• Produce monthly and quarterly revenue and margin reporting, commentary, and materials for reviews including Board materials.
• Conduct pricing analyses, evaluate pricing tools, and support pricing governance and guidelines.
• Contribute to long-range planning with market analysis, new product financial modeling, and SIOP alignment.
