Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Finance to lead financial strategy for the global commercial organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and R&D to drive pricing governance, revenue planning and strategic investment analyses.

You will manage a team of pricing and commercial finance analysts, oversee monthly and quarterly results, and deliver ROI analytics for new product development and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 12+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with commercial pricing, revenue management, and multi-divisional exposure.
• Experience with pricing, market analysis, contract negotiation, and the commercialization process is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance partner to the Commercial organization, delivering insights on pipeline conversions and monthly/quarterly results.
• Lead pricing governance, adjust pricing tools, and manage discount and rebate programs.
• Lead annual revenue planning, forecast accuracy, and KPI reporting at the executive level.
