Job summary

Wespac Construction is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for tenant improvement, commercial, and residential projects. You will quantify take-offs, analyze blueprints, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure precise bids.

The role requires five years of bidding/estimating experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to support cross‑department collaboration and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Five years of bidding and estimating experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely and competitive estimates on all projects.
• Interact with subcontractors to ensure accurate bids.
• Analyze blueprints to prepare timeframes, costs, materials, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate subcontractor bid process and results.
• Establish pricing and feasibility comparisons on changes and costs.
