- Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors.
- Strong relationships/ experience in verticals such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/ or property management.
- Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities.
- Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
