Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors within the Restoration industry. This role focuses on building relationships with decision-makers and collaborating with operations to transition projects from sales to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of restoration industry experience and a proven track record in generating and closing large commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Restoration Industry experience.
• Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors.
• Strong relationships/ experience in verticals such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/or property management
• Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities
• Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
• Work alongside an existing team of Business Development professionals
