Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive growth across commercial sectors in a major metro market. The role requires a strong book of business, deep industry connections, and a track record in restoration or related fields.

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with property managers, adjusters, and facility directors, while generating new business and leading large restoration projects from engagement to kickoff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience (restoration or related industry preferred).
• Active book of business within commercial sectors (property management, healthcare, hospitality, municipal, etc.).
• Strong relationships with adjusters, property managers, and facility directors.
• Proven success closing large commercial deals.
• Highly self-motivated; thrives in a hands-off environment.
• Professional presence; able to represent a high-end brand.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships across key commercial sectors.
• Generate new business and secure large-loss restoration projects.
• Serve as primary client contact from initial engagement through project kickoff.
• Network with adjusters, property managers, and industry organizations (BOMA, IFMA, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project handoff.
• Drive revenue through mitigation and reconstruction opportunities.
• Represent the company through events, meetings, and marketing efforts.
