Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities in the restoration industry. You will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across commercial sectors and coordinate with internal teams to transition sales into operations.

The role involves representing gpac at networking events and client meetings, leveraging an existing team of business development professionals, and capitalizing on growth opportunities in senior living,

Qualifications

3+ years Restoration Industry experience.
Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors
Strong relationships/ experience in verticals such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/or property management
Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities
Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients
Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations
Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
Work alongside an existing team of Business Development professionals
