Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Banking Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business by developing relationships with businesses and developers across the United States. You will maintain credit quality, optimize loan pricing, and expand client relationships through referrals.

The role emphasizes strategic sales, loan origination support, and portfolio management, with targets tied to personal and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Ability to orchestrate organizational resources and build collaborative client-focused relationships.
• Very high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance with strong business development skills.
• Knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and Banking/OCC Procedures.
• May require travel to other Old National locations or client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall sales targets.
• Align client and bank objectives, coordinating resources and referral partners.
• Use consultative selling to identify client needs and opportunities and close deals.
• Leverage centers of influence to build a pipeline of business.
• Evaluate loan requests for proper purpose, structure and pricing; ensure loan origination meets standards.
• Partner with support staff to ensure smooth loan origination process; seek guidance from lenders and Executives to deliver best terms.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, maintain relationships, and monitor compliance with loan standards.
• Aim to meet or exceed portfolio targets and minimize delinquencies.
