Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Banking Relationship Manager in Minnesota to generate new loan and deposit business and manage client relationships. You will maintain credit quality, price loans appropriately, and expand the portfolio through referrals and proactive engagement.

The role requires a minimum of five years in commercial banking, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and strong sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or H.S. Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Ability to orchestrate organizational resources and build client-focused relationships.
• Thorough knowledge of Loan Standards, banking procedures and credit principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales and deposit targets through proactive activities and partnerships.
• Develop and expand client relationships, leveraging referrals and centers of influence.
• Evaluate loan requests for proper purpose, structure and pricing; ensure timely term delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, monitor performance and risk, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to deliver optimal terms and service.
