Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Banking Relationship Manager to drive new loan and deposit business by building and expanding client relationships with businesses, developers and consumers. This role emphasizes credit quality, pricing, and portfolio management across the region.

The candidate will manage relationships, coordinate with partners, and work toward meeting sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and adherence to banking standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Ability to orchestrate organizational resources and build client-focused relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and Banking/OCC procedures.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of successful sales performance and business development.
• May require travel to client sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales goals for loans and deposits through proactive activities.
• Develop relationships with businesses, developers and consumers to generate new loan and deposit business.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, monitor credit quality and refer to specialists as needed.
