Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial banking.
• Knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and OCC procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales performance with business development skills.
• Ability to orchestrate resources and build client-focused relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and deposit/loan targets.
• Originate loans with proper purpose, structure and pricing.
• Manage and grow a portfolio, monitor delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff and executives to deliver best terms.
• Engage centers of influence to build pipeline.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures.
