Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business by building relationships with businesses, developers, and consumers across Minnesota. The role emphasizes credit quality, pricing, and portfolio management with partnerships for growth.

The position requires strong sales discipline, financial analysis, and extensive communication skills to serve clients and drive performance in a community-focused bank environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Very high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and OCC Procedures.
• Proven track record in sales performance and financial analysis.
