You will serve as the primary advisor for complex relationships and coordinate with product partners to cross-sell a full range of banking solutions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of commercial banking experience, with strong credit analysis, negotiation, and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years of commercial banking experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, procedures and terminology.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet driving record criteria.
• Strong analytical and credit assessment capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in outreach activities with assigned customers and target prospects to acquire new business.
• Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of commercial relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with product partners to cross-sell a full range of banking products and services.
• Review and analyze portfolio to manage risk and profitability.
• Facilitate credit requests including loan structuring, pricing, collateral and documentation.
