Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Banking Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business by developing client relationships with businesses, developers and consumers. The role requires maintaining credit quality, competitive pricing, and proactive portfolio management across the bank.

You will collaborate with partners and lenders to deliver optimal loan terms, manage a growing client base, and drive cross-sell opportunities while upholding bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Ability to orchestrate resources and build client-focused relationships.
• Knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review and OCC procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales performance with business development skills.
• Willingness to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
• Originates loans and deposits with proper pricing.
• Manage portfolio and monitor delinquencies per standards.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure loan origination quality.
