Old National Bank in Nashville seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business by building relationships with businesses, industries, developers and consumers. You will maintain credit quality and appropriate loan pricing while expanding a client portfolio.

This full-time, on-site role requires at least 5 years of commercial banking experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to orchestrate resources and referrals to drive revenue

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Ability to orchestrate organizational resources and referrals to reach client goals.
• Thorough knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and Banking/OCC Procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
• May require travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new loan and deposit business by developing relationships with businesses and consumers.
• Maintain acceptable credit quality and appropriate loan pricing.
• Portfolio management and client relationship expansion through referrals.
• Use consultative selling to identify client needs and close the sale.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure loan origination meets expectations.
• Travel as needed to client meetings.
