Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking advisor in a remote delivery environment to manage complex depository, treasury, lending, and wealth relationships. You will build relationships with clients and prospects, delivering tailored solutions and high-touch service.

You will partner with teammates to drive revenue growth, conduct strategic reviews, and translate opportunities into Truist products. Strong communication, risk awareness, and a client-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in financial services education, training, and work-related experience
• Four or more years of Commercial Banking sales experience with a track record of results
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending, cash cycle, sales process, and market trends
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with clients, management and partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual connectivity software
• Ability to comply with operational, risk, and credit requirements
• English language fluency required
• Preferred: Accounting/Finance degree
• Preferred: Credit or cash cycle training courses

Responsibilities

• Advise commercial bank clients with complex depository/treasury, lending, and wealth relationships
• Build relationships and conduct advising conversations with complex clients and prospects
• Partner with Integrated Relationship Management teammates to deliver tailored solutions
• Identify opportunities through value-added lifecycle conversations
• Translate opportunities into Truist products and solutions
• Deliver strategic business reviews that drive revenue growth and client service
• Manage product pipelines including deposits, loans, and fee-based services
• Maintain expertise on Truist capabilities and market trends
• Mentor teammates as requested
• Adapt to technology enhancements and advise clients on digital solutions
