Job summary

Truist is hiring for a client-facing financial services role focused on virtual solutions delivery. You will engage with prospects and clients by phone, chat, or video to assess needs, review financial practices, and recommend suitable products and services.

You will maintain client relationships, handle routine requests, and support the sales process through consultative conversations while ensuring compliance and meeting revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
• Must meet ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.
• English language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and clients virtually by phone, chat/messaging, or video to assess needs, review financial practices and solutions, conduct caring conversations, and recommend suitable products and services
• Handle routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and advanced sales functions for deposit, credit, convenience, and other products and services
• Support the Virtual Solutions Delivery Team sales process through consultative conversations and integrated relationship management
• Refer complex client needs and financial goals to internal partners
• Educate teammates, prospects, and clients on Truist offerings through new hire events and community heroes' presentations
• Deliver exceptional inbound-call client experiences according to a workforce-managed schedule
• Conduct proactive outbound client outreach, explain Truist’s financial-well-being impact, and schedule appointments for financial reviews
• Meet annual revenue and profit growth goals through deposit and lending solutions, digital empowerment, and client onboarding outreach
• Participate in Virtual Solutions Delivery C.A.R.E.S. Routines
• Advance sales and product knowledge through meetings, training, and web-based learning
• Follow schedules, internal controls, operational procedures, risk-management policies, and compliance guidelines
