Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with clients, management, and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual connectivity software.

• Manage a pipeline for deposits, loans and fee-based services and coordinate with partners.
• Provide guidance to teammates when requested and adapt to technology updates.
• Escalate concerns as needed and comply with risk, operational, and credit requirements.
