Job summary

Truist in McLean, VA seeks a Small Business Direct Advisor to deliver relationship managed advice to Small Business clients. You will work with a pooled team to guide depository, treasury, lending, and premier solutions, building trusted relationships and delivering ease, expertise, and care.

Regular in-person or virtual engagements support revenue growth and client satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related client management, with strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in financial services.
• 5+ years in sales or client management with Small Business or Business Banking clients.
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending, and cash cycle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients by telephone to assess needs and recommend products or services.
• Perform application and fulfillment processes for certain solutions.
• Refer clients to product and fulfillment experts when needed.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to drive revenue growth.
