Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of commercial lending and relationship management experience.
• Strong credit analysis, financial acumen and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence, negotiate and build trust.

• Develop new commercial banking relationships with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio by deepening client relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Structure and recommend lending solutions that align with client needs and bank risk standards.
