Job summary

Ardelyx, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Commercial Analytics Operations Manager to optimize the systems, processes, and reporting that enable effective field execution and business planning.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, you will administer Veeva CRM, maintain Ardelyx Insights reporting, and partner across functions to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, field sales execution and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key commercial operational processes including territory alignments, system access, field training logistics, sample distribution, fleet coordination, and roster management.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Veeva CRM, coordinating updates, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Manage Ardelyx Insights reporting, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely availability for field execution and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and adopt AI and advanced analytics, translating insights into actionable field strategies.
• Administer Incentive Compensation program through data validation, reporting distribution, and ensuring plan components are reflected in systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical, Analytics, IT, Compliance and external partners to drive initiatives in reporting and systems.
