Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights. You will partner with marketing, sales, market access, patient support services, and commercial operations to uncover opportunities and drive brand performance.

The role emphasizes data expertise, dashboards, and storytelling to inform strategic decisions and improve patient outcomes. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in commercial analytics or related function.
• Experience with healthcare datasets (claims, Rx, HUB, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of statistical methods for business decision-making.
• Ability to translate analytics into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources to identify performance drivers.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses to inform strategy.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives.
• Evaluate data quality and improve data integrity across systems.
• Deliver clear analyses through presentations and storytelling.
• Support forecasting, market assessments, and ad hoc requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
