Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Head of Commercial Operations to lead analytics, forecasting, and the buildout of commercial systems for launch readiness of Anaphylm and future portfolio.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, IT, Finance, and HR to drive operational excellence and patient-focused growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related business or analytical field.
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience building-out business operations infrastructure to support product launch and commercialization through mature product life cycle.
• Experience in small/emerging biopharma as well as mature, full-scale biopharma organizations.
• Strong people management skills and cross-functional leadership.

• Lead the implementation of a clear framework of goals and tactics for a first-in-class commercial operations organization.
• Establish data analytics, forecasting, sales/operations, and commercial systems.”
• Serve as strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop a high performing and diverse team to meet growth strategy.
• Provide insights to senior leadership through data-driven analyses.
