Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science, technology, or related field preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in clinical development, medical affairs, business development, and asset strategy.
• Ability to translate corporate priorities into actionable programs and manage budgets and risks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement execution strategy for the organization's program portfolio.
• Provide strategic oversight across a cross-functional set of initiatives and budgets.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and accountability for programs and projects.
• Monitor KPIs and risk indicators; drive continuous process improvements.
• Communicate status, risks, and strategic implications to leadership.
