Job summary

Vera Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Operations to lead US field operations, data analytics, and strategic planning for its rare disease portfolio, including atacicept-vymj. The role emphasizes optimizing CRM platforms, tracking HCP engagement, and driving data-driven decisions.

You will support specialty sales teams with analytics, train teams, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Medical, Market Access and Legal groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma sales or commercial operations with hands-on CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
• Strong analytics skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools; experience supporting small or specialty sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US field operations, data analytics, and strategic planning for the rare disease portfolio.
• Manage cloud-based reporting platforms and optimize CRM systems; track HCP engagement and field performance.
• Design territory alignments, administer incentive plans, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Medical, Market Access, and Legal teams.
