Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst, Commercial Strategy & Analytics to turn pipeline, bookings, and revenue data into actionable intelligence that drives sponsor targeting, account strategy, and sales execution across Velocity’s global site network.

You will build and maintain segmentation models, sales dashboards, account plans, and KPI reporting, ensure data integrity across CRM and finance systems, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM data and market intelligence for sales optimization.
• Strong Excel modeling, including complex functions and scenarios.
• Ability to build dashboards and KPI reports for executives.
• Experience in pharma/biotech or clinical trials is a plus.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sponsor/CRO segmentation models based on market analysis.
• Analyze win/loss rates and award trends to inform positioning.
• Design and maintain sales dashboards covering pipeline and revenue by account.
• Define and report on sales KPIs aligned with objectives; develop dashboards.
• Track pipeline stages and identify bottlenecks to improve conversion.
• Partner with BD to create account plans with revenue history and targets.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM and financial systems; troubleshoot quality issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations to forecast and provide insights.
• Support market sizing, competitive positioning, and pricing analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership and executive audiences.
• Provide tailored analytical support to various departments.
