Job summary

Veradermics is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Data & Advanced Analytics to build and run a cutting-edge analytics infrastructure for launch and ongoing performance. The role is hands-on in a lean organization, designing scalable reporting and analytics from scratch to support data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, strong BI and CRM experience (Tableau, Power BI, Veeva), and familiarity with IQVIA/Symphony data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics, operations, or consulting.
• Launch experience preferred (pre-launch or launch-stage assets).
• Strong expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), CRM (Veeva), and commercial data sources (IQVIA, Symphony).
• SQL and Python are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial data and analytics strategy with all commercial teams.
• Architect analytics strategy and evidence-based decision frameworks.
• Lead predictive modeling and advanced analytics to anticipate market shifts.
• Integrate multiple data sets (claims, CRM, prescription, market research) to model journeys.
• Assess AI assets for advanced analytics and embed them into workflows.
• Develop scalable data infrastructure and analytics platforms.
• Establish data governance and reporting standards.
