Qualifications

• Degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare data analytics, financial analytics, pharmacy analytics, or related analytics.
• Ability to translate complex financial findings into clear client insights.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Access, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced financial, operational, and healthcare data analyses to identify opportunities and provide timely solutions.
• Interpret industry trends, regulatory changes, utilization patterns, and forecasts to assess impacts.
• Develop, execute, and manage project plans with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Design reports, dashboards, charts, and executive presentations communicating insights and opportunities.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and assess business options.
• Develop customized financial proformas including cash flow and profitability analyses.
• Analyze prescriber, dispensing, claims, and related data to identify 340B opportunities and revenue growth.
• Maintain analytics tools and methodologies for identifying specialty and limited distribution drugs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create analytics solutions, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
