Qualifications

• Must be able to build and maintain commercial client relationships.
• Willingness to undergo pesticide license training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver compelling presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main point of contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and ensure customers are informed.
