Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Account Manager to build lasting relationships with commercial clients, conduct inspections, and design service plans that deliver results. You will meet sales targets, deliver persuasive presentations, and serve as the main contact to strengthen retention while using a company-provided iPad to manage proposals and pipeline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days; company covers costs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces and attics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Meet sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within the territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; training provided.
• Deliver presentations that highlight Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as the main contact for accounts to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and ensure customers are informed and supported.
