Orkin, LLC is seeking a Commercial Account Manager (Administrative) to build and manage relationships with commercial clients, conduct on-site inspections, and design service plans that deliver results. You will leverage training and tools to grow your territory while maintaining safety and integrity in all interactions.

This role emphasizes client solutions, leadership in account management, and ongoing professional development with a strong earning potential through base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days; company covers costs.
• Ability to access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and wear PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, assigned leads, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main contact for accounts to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and provide value-driven solutions.
