Fresenius Medical Care in the United States seeks a Supervisor, Collections to oversee daily operations of the collections team, set goals, assign tasks and ensure timely resolution of past-due accounts.

You will drive cash collection, monitor DSO, prepare management reports, participate in month-end close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in collections are preferred.

Formación

• Requires 2–3 years' experience as Sr. Patient Account Rep - Collections or 1–3 years' experience as a Supervisor
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of the collections team.
• Meet or exceed monthly cash forecast by reducing DSO.
• Motivate staff and ensure proper training and communication.
• Monitor collections activities for timely and accurate completion.
• Prepare management reports and participate in monthly close.
• Ensure audit trails per company policies; resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-divisional teams as needed.
