Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Supervisor, Collections in the United States to lead a team responsible for credit approval and collection activities. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and drive process improvements across accounts receivable and aging analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in senior patient account collections or 1–3 years in supervising, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Working knowledge of automated revenue management systems preferred.
• Detail oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of management and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of the team; assign tasks and maintain schedules.
• Meet or exceed monthly cash forecast by reducing DSO as required.
• Motivate staff and train on processes; communicate procedures to new and existing staff.
• Monitor collections activities; ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Conduct regular account reviews and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports for management and participate in monthly close processes.
