Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve routine outstanding claims.
• Generate and analyze reports and work lists to identify and resolve general patient account issues.
• Assist in resolving past due payments from accounts.
• Ensure timely receipt of claim payments and reconciling data as needed.
• Perform responsibilities in compliance with company policies and document activities.
• May serve as a point of contact for customers or external vendors regarding inquiries.
• May mentor other staff as applicable.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
