Fresenius Medical Care in Waltham, MA is seeking a Supervisor of Collections to oversee daily operations and drive timely cash collection in a multi-site setting. You will lead staff, review accounts, and ensure compliance with procedures while coordinating with finance and HR on staff matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in collections leadership, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Sr. Patient Account Rep - Collections; or 1–3 years’ experience as a Supervisor.
• Multi-location billing/accounting/manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
• Detail oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily operations of the team, including goals, tasks and schedules.
• Meet or exceed monthly cash forecast by reducing DSO.
• Motivate staff and ensure proper training and ongoing process communication.
• Monitor the team’s collections activities for timely, accurate work.
• Conduct regular account reviews with staff and Manager; suggest improvements.
• Maintain assigned portfolio of accounts and prepare reports for management.
