Job summary

Texas Air Products (TAP) is a leading HVAC and architectural products provider in South Texas and part of the ICT family. We seek a Collection Specialist to manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including outbound calls, payment processing, and research of inquiries to resolve issues.

You will report to the Credit and Collections Manager and collaborate with sales teams to reduce delinquency while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years corporate credit/collections experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing and collections policies and procedures.
• Accounts receivable knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections process with high-volume calls and payments processing.
• Reconcile customer disputes and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare liens, notices, and account reconciliations as needed.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with Credit & Collections manager and sales teams.
