Kaseya is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our high-performing team in the United States. You will manage and recover outstanding debts while collaborating with Billing, Sales and Customer Success to drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation and communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a track record of compliant collections execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections execution.
• Experience using collection tools (GetPaid or similar).
• Familiar with calls, emails, escalations, dispute management & documentation.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers to negotiate and collect payments.
• Communicate via phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Customer Success to align on strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment plans consistent with company policies.
• Resolve billing inquiries and account discrepancies.
• Prepare collection letters and statements.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws.
• Generate reports on debts and collection performance.
• Provide professional customer service while remaining firm.
