Kaseya, a leading IT management and cybersecurity software company, seeks a motivated Collections Specialist to join its high‑performing team in Ireland. You will manage and recover outstanding debts, working with Billing, Sales and Customer Success to drive cash collection and positive customer outcomes.

The role requires at least two years in collections, experience with collection tools (GetPaid or similar), and strong skills in calls, emails, disputes and documentation.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in collections execution.
• Clear experience in fundamentals of a collection process: calls, emails, escalations, dispute management & documentation.
• Experience using collection tools (GetPaid or similar).

Mansioni

• Initiate contact with customers to negotiate and collect payments.
• Communicate via phone, email, or written correspondence to discuss options.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to align on account strategies.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, payment arrangements, and relevant information.
• Negotiate payment plans consistent with company policies and goals.
• Address inquiries or disputes related to billing, payments, and accounts.
• Prepare and send collection letters and statements to customers.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Generate reports on debts, collection efforts, and metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service while being firm in collections.
