Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections, AR, or customer account management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with Excel and Oracle is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances
• Secure payment commitments and follow up to ensure timely payment
• Manage and resolve billing disputes
• Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts as needed
• Track and follow up on payment promises
• Use dashboards and reports to prioritize accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage customer accounts
