Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some financial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CFPB regulations governing collection practices.
• Familiarity with general banking policies and CPI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact members to resolve delinquency via phone, email, or letter.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and communications.
• Leverage skip-tracing to locate delinquent members and initiate contact.
• Follow procedures for charge-off and repossession with supporting evidence.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks.
