Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs collections on delinquent accounts via phone, correspondence and follow-up; devises payment arrangements and may recommend charge-offs, repossessions or foreclosures.
• Documents and processes departmental work with accuracy; researches and files documents.
• Performs data entry to prepare documents and reports; updates records and forms.
• Updates and closes delinquent accounts; prepares journal vouchers for payments.
• Prepares reports on delinquencies, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and charge-offs.
• Collaborates with other departments, attorneys and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintains records of work performed.
