Responsibilities

• Collect past due amounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Handle inquiries from Lansing Associates and customers.
• Review lien waivers for accuracy.
• Escalate complex accounts to outside collections when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting systems.
