Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit and collection experience in a complex, global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, credit analysis and collection skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow local credit policy and contribute to improvements.
• Assess credit worthiness of customers to minimize risk.
• Perform collection activities to minimize overdue balances.
• Monitor credit accounts to identify and address problems quickly.
• Collaborate with finance teams and Shared Service Center.
