Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Coding Manager to lead and optimize medical coding workflows within the Revenue Cycle team. You will supervise staff, ensure coding accuracy, and drive process improvements across inpatient, outpatient, and professional services.

The role requires 3+ years of coding experience and leadership capabilities, with strong communication skills and proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in health information management or related field.
• National coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA is required.
• CCS, CCS-P, or CDEO preferred; ongoing CEUs to maintain credentials.
• Minimum 3 years of medical coding experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage coding workflows to reduce backlogs, troubleshoot system issues and optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Communicate regularly with Coding, CDI staff, physicians and other departments.
• Maintain awareness of satisfaction levels and quality of coding work.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report status to leadership.
• Schedule staff and prioritize workloads based on volumes.
• Develop and present executive-level reporting packages quarterly.
• Lead a team of direct reports including performance reviews and development.
• Perform regular audits to monitor coding quality and accuracy.
