Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager in Boston, MA to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support. You will coordinate with engineers and service teams to drive adoption of AWS services and ensure operational health across customer environments.

You will engage with senior leaders, craft strategic guidance, and help customers implement best practices while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, and 7+ years of equivalent work experience or 9+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services.
• Travel up to 10%+ as needed.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build AWS solutions.
