Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Technical Account Manager for WWPS Partners Public Sector in Denver, CO. You will act as the principal technical advisor to help customers design, deploy, and optimize AWS cloud environments across compute, storage, databases, and security.

You will lead strategic guidance, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive discussions with senior leadership to manage incidents, trade-offs, and operational health while enabling customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor, driving adoption and use of AWS services for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and guide risk management.
