Job summary

Moss is seeking a Director, Cloud & Infrastructure in Fort Lauderdale to lead enterprise networking, cloud platforms, servers and core IT infrastructure. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, budgets and vendor partnerships while guiding senior engineers and managers to deliver reliable, scalable services.

You will collaborate with business, cybersecurity, and tech leaders to align investments with strategic priorities and drive cost optimization and security across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology with focus on network engineering, systems administration, cloud infrastructure and information security.
• 7+ years of people leadership, including coaching and developing managers or multiple disciplines.
• Experience building infrastructure strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and executive recommendations.
• Strong background in hybrid environments with reliable, scalable enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on technical background in network or cloud infrastructure with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for server, cloud, infrastructure, and network teams; set priorities and accountability.
• Develop multi-year cloud and infrastructure strategy, architecture roadmap, and investment plan.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, engineers, and administrators; support workforce planning and succession.
• Own cloud and infrastructure operating and capital budgets; forecast, optimize costs, and manage vendor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, risks, and success measures; ensure clear communication throughout the cycle.
• Establish and govern enterprise cloud architecture standards; ensure SSO and identity controls are in place.
