Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy and technology roadmap.

• Lead and mentor IT staff across support, systems, and infrastructure.
• Oversee core infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity management, endpoint management, and collaboration technologies.
• Ensure security, availability, and performance of internal systems.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, access governance, patch management, incident response, and compliance efforts.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to support business growth.
• Provide technical leadership during major projects and incidents.
