Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Principal Enterprise Architect - Remote to shape the enterprise technology vision and partner with the CTO office across business domains. You will lead designs, drive cloud migration, and provide expert guidance on complex systems in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in scalable, cloud-native architectures
• API design and external integrations
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Front-end ReactJS knowledge; mobile app a plus
• Secure systems design with cybersecurity practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• 15+ years cross-domain systems development experience
• 5+ years in a domain for design, development and deployment
• Experience in CRM/Marketing/Insurance/Financial systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate designs and build enterprise solutions in a highly collaborative environment
• Lead architecture vision for Integration, Data, and Platform domains
• Work on complex projects and contribute to strategic enterprise roadmaps
• Develop migration strategies toward cloud architectural vision
• Advise business leaders with expert technical guidance
• Assess industry trends and position subject areas accordingly
• Create roadmaps linking business strategies to capabilities
• Deliver pragmatic approaches meeting immediate business needs
